Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service price. This policy exists to respect the time of our practitioners and to allow other guests the opportunity to book.

No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged. We will attempt to contact you within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time before marking the appointment as a no-show.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next guest. The full fee will still apply. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to settle in and prepare for your experience.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Package and membership credits may be subject to different terms — please refer to your purchase agreement.
