The Feldenkrais Method uses slow, attentive movement to expand your movement repertoire and ease the patterns of strain that built up over a lifetime. Sessions are either group (Awareness Through Movement) or one-on-one (Functional Integration), with the practitioner's hands offering subtle invitations rather than corrections.
