Rongoā Māori is the indigenous medicine system of Aotearoa, woven from native plants (rongoā rākau), bodywork (mirimiri and romiromi), karakia, and the wider relational view of hauora. Practice is held by trained tohunga and lineage practitioners. Many practitioners welcome koha in place of fixed fees — please discuss appropriate exchange when booking.
