Terms and Conditions

If JagFest is unable to proceed as scheduled due to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health directives, or any other circumstances beyond the organisers' reasonable control (force majeure), the event may be postponed. In this instance, all tickets will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled event date and will remain valid. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you must notify JagFest in writing and nominate a replacement attendee. All replacement attendees are subject to approval by JagFest management. Once approved, the replacement attendee will assume all rights and obligations associated with the original ticket. If the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event and is unable to nominate an approved replacement attendee, they may apply to JagFest for a refund.

JagFest reserves the right to alter the advertised programme, performers, workshops, speakers, schedules, or site layout at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

JagFest is completely alcohol-free. No alcohol may be brought onto the premises or consumed on the festival site. No illegal drugs or controlled substances are permitted. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the site without refund.

No gang regalia or gang affiliation is permitted on site. No violence of any kind is allowed. Violation will result in immediate removal without refund.

By attending JagFest, you acknowledge that the festival is held on a working farm with inherent risks, including uneven terrain, livestock, farm equipment, and other natural hazards. You voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, illness, death, or property loss arising from your attendance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JagFest, its organisers, volunteers, landowners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any accident, injury, loss, or damage to you, your belongings, or any person in your care, including children. You are solely responsible for your own safety, the safety of your belongings, and the safety of any minors or dependents accompanying you.

You agree to release and hold harmless JagFest from any and all claims arising from your participation. This includes any injury or illness resulting from participation in healing treatments, workshops, or therapies offered at the festival. JagFest is not responsible or liable for any adverse effects from these activities.

Campers are responsible for the security of their own tents, vehicles and personal belongings. JagFest accepts no responsibility for theft, loss or damage to personal property.

Attendees must behave responsibly and respect other festival-goers, staff, and the property. JagFest reserves the right to remove any person who violates these terms or engages in disruptive or unsafe behaviour, without refund.

Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of children in their care at all times.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

By entering the festival, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings and audio recordings may be taken. JagFest may use this material for promotional, marketing and archival purposes without compensation. If you have concerns about being photographed, please notify festival staff upon arrival.

Vehicles may only access designated areas. JagFest reserves the right to restrict vehicle movements during the event for the safety of attendees.

Open fires, fireworks, sky lanterns and other ignition sources are prohibited.
